nuztar Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the nuztar platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by the terms set out on this page.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the nuztar website and any of its related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered members, and any persons conducting transactions through nuztar.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and should not attempt to register an account. nuztar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to nuztar is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for persons under 18 to participate in online gaming activities, and nuztar takes this requirement seriously. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
nuztar primarily serves players located in the Philippines. Members are responsible for determining whether their use of the platform is lawful in their specific location. Registration is limited to one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. nuztar reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.
3. Account Creation, Security, and User Obligations
To access the full functionality of nuztar, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the nuztar support team immediately. nuztar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Members must not:
- Share account access with any other person
- Use another member's account without permission
- Attempt to manipulate platform outcomes or exploit technical errors
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, or money laundering through the platform
4. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on nuztar are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using supported payment methods as listed on the Deposit page. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change at nuztar's discretion. Members are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions.
Withdrawals are subject to verification requirements, including identity confirmation. nuztar reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if verification documents have not been satisfactorily submitted. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected.
nuztar does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method and may add, modify, or remove payment options at any time. Transactions that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms may be reversed, and any associated account may be suspended or permanently closed.
5. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
nuztar provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. nuztar shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from temporary service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nuztar's liability to any member shall be limited to the value of funds held in that member's account at the time of the relevant incident. nuztar is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of data or anticipated outcomes.
All content on nuztar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface designs, and software, is the intellectual property of nuztar or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
nuztar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, provision of false information, or conduct that is deemed harmful to other users or to the integrity of the platform. In the event of account closure due to a verified breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
Members may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests will be honoured in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy. Upon closure, outstanding balances in good standing will be returned to the member after applicable checks are completed.
nuztar may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Members are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Philippines, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts.
